domestic shipping

how soon? our highly trained wieners are doing the best they can. if only they had wings. (or do they?)

orders typically ship within a week, and usually land in your outstretched arms in under two. sometimes faster if they feel like it that day.

don't worry - you’ll get tracking once your weens hit the road.

international shipping

the wienerverse knows no borders. we ship to most countries worldwide - available destinations show up at checkout. if yours isn't listed, shoot us a message and we'll do our best to make it happen.

a few important things to know before you order:

we do not collect VAT, customs fees, or import duties - those are handled by your country and are your responsibility to pay upon delivery. we know, we know. we don't make the rules. please don't let a customs fee stand between you and your weens.

international orders typically arrive within three weeks, though your country's customs process can add some unpredictability to that timeline. we appreciate your patience while your order makes its international journey.

something off?

every once in a while, a rogue ween slips past quality control. little rascals.

if your order shows up damaged, misprinted, wildly cursed, or just not what you ordered, hit us up within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

our customer support wieners are standing by. probably wearing tiny headsets.
